“ From the outside, this place doesn’t looks so big, but inside, then you will find out that it have 3 levels. On top, you have the terrace where the wind will cool you down a little which is pretty nice when it’s hot outside. The food is above average. Funny part is that we ordered salad and got, more or less, a half iceberg salad. Nothing more and nothing less. ”

“ We took a chance on this restaurant on the way to the lungomare, as it's a couple of blocks back from the beach. We are so glad that we did. We were lucky to find a table as we did not book in advance and the staff were happy to accommodate us. It appeared to be full of locals as there was a lot of familiarity between the staff and patrons. Our entree Napoletana Pizza was superb. Perfect dough and toppings. All of the mains were exceptional; Linguine con scampi, Macarone alla Norma, grilled swordfish fillet and the enormous calzone ordered by wife. My two sons and I finished the calzone. It was a perfect blend of spinach, mushrooms, olives and hot chilies. Spizzicanu is a real find and we felt very lucky to have eaten there. ”

Interesting place with a nice balcony and welcoming staff. Nice options for everyone and opportunity to meet locals and feel the soinds and atmosphere of Sicily. All good. ”
